Air compressors, vacuum pumps, and blowers generate pressure and vacuum to move air. Air compressors generate pressurized air which provides a readily available power source to connect to and operate air-powered tools and equipment. Vacuum pumps generate vacuum, which creates suction. They connect to systems where vacuum is needed for air or material removal such as packaging or filtration. Blowers move high volumes of air at lower pressure or vacuum levels than air compressors or vacuum pumps. They connect to pipe or hose to blow air through to a specific location.
